I can rip commercial movies without a problem using dvddecrypter and ifoedit, etc. These all play fine on my pioneer and even my playstation 2. Even burned at 2 speed. But, any movies I create will not play on my ps2 (all is fine in my pioneer, *the DV-F07 rocks*).

I haven't tried using spruceup yet because I cant figure out how to add music to title scenes (why the hell would you make a menu without music or animation?)... but ive already posted that one by itself.

    thanks

BTW, what it does, when placed in not just the ps2, but MANY dvd players (all sonys ive tried, toshiba, panasonic, etc) is this:

it plays the title track fine, but there are no button highlights. the buttons (lighted blocks for vp5) don't show up. so there's no way to navigate. Enter and the other nav buttons don't respond. only fwdskp and revskp.

very bizaar, and Im assuming its vp5's button style thats doing it. I'm also looking at Ulead's DVD Workshop, but having trouble, er, <finding> it.
