videora ipod converter converts in 2 secs

    i just bought an ipod video 30gb and i've been having trouble with the videora ipod converter. I try to convert a VOB file of Pirates of the caribbean and when i try transcode it to an mpeg4 file it transcodes straight away, can any1 help me?

    Can you playback the vob file you ripped with no any problem on your PC? If no, rip your DVD to vob again, then use videora to convert vob to ipod. If yes, get other DVD to iPod converter to have a try.

    i converted another movie with the same program and it works perfect, i think its just the VOB file thats corrupt. is AOA dvd ripper any good?
