Forgive me please, I didn't mean any disrespect and much less did I want to break any rules. I was under the impression that I could purchase software second - hand so to speak. USD 250 to 300 is just way too much for what I have in mind and was hoping I could find the plugins for less.

No Problem...I have quite a Few Adobe Premier Plugins but most are Video effects Plugins or Video Transition Plugins...You are Right Video editing Software Costs a Fortune, Much more than it is worth but I"m sort of Lucky as I work as a Video editor and get a Lot of Software from work...What are Smart sound and Sonic Fire?? Is Smart sound a Audio editor of Some sort?? I do most of My audio editing in Sound Forge or Goldwave which are both Full featured Audio editors or I use the Audio editing Features in Vegas Video 4 which is usually my Video editor of choice but I also have Premier Pro, Media Studio Pro 7, Pinnacle Liquid Edition 5.5, Pinnacle Studio 7/8/9, Canopus Lets Edit, Avid DV 4 and quite a few others...
Maybe if you tell me what Type of things you need to do and I can Think of something Cheaper or easier to find that will do the same thing or Better?? ..Cheers

QuickTracks and SonicFire are both available as SoftwarePlugins for Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0. They generate music that will fit exactly to the length of a clip, which makes adding music to different clips in a sequence, seem like a walk in the park...

I checked out the Software on the Net last night and it seems it has a data base if over 1000 royalty free Soundtracks that you can use with your Editing projects..At my work we actually have a Guy who Composes soundtracks and adds them to the Edited Video based on the Feel of each Scene in the Video so we have no Particular Sound Track software that we use..If I come across something simular that is cheaper I"ll let you know...Cheers

OK, well thanks a million for looking. It's much appreciated...
I'll be looking around as well and see if I can come up with something else.

    Cheers
