1.hello. i use a windows xp professional os. i have a usb pen drive that i use to view several files on this system. everytime i put the usb drive in, i have to change the view to "details" because it always defaults back to "thumbnail" when i take it out and put it back in. how do i make it so it defaults to "details" everytime? does the same apply for a floppy? thanks 2.I have an external hard drive that i connect and disconnect several times a day. everytime i reconnect, my computer assigns that same external hdd a new letter. a few times, i've run out of letters and have to restart the system. how do i assign a static drive letter to this usb2.0 external hdd? thanks
That's a good one, I'm not sure. My e-USB hard disk jumps around, but only picks three letters. Hmm, I'll have to get back to you on that one!
