I know this might sounds odd but i have no other option, this is the way i play the games on my PS2, i plug it to my LCD screen via GCOMBO+ Upscan Converter and play the games in Widescreen and they all look good enough for me. But when i try to play "Tomb Raider Annivesary" my screen says "Frequency Out Of Range" this only happens for this game, all the other PS2 games runs fine on my screen and this set up, Does anyone know whats wrong with it? is it something wrong with the game or anything? because i have 90 Playstation 2 titles, all originals and they all run fine. Even this one i bought last year but didn't get a chance to play, now only i am playing it and it gives me this message. What can i do about it? help me out please. Thanks to all of you,
Tomb Raider Anniversary may be trying to run in a different screen resolution/refresh mode. There should be a ways of adjusting that in the game's settings. It isn't an import game is it?
Thanks for the help friend, anyways i figured it out yesterday, I have to figure out how to navigate in to Options>Display>Screen Refresh rate and set it to 60HZ BLINDFOLDED then only i could get a display of it on my monitor, so i learned it and now it works. If only i can figure out to re-burn this game with a patch or something where i can select the screen refresh at the start to 60HZ everything should work fine. But for now i am playing it no problems, only blindfolded stuff to do thanks a million in advance.
thanks again sammoris, thanks a lot for your valued help! it really opened up my eyes, i am currently looking for a way to patch this game so i can start it at 60Hz rightaway, but help and stuff online for this sort of operation is hard to find, so i am still looking, once i found a answer or ended up with no answer i'll let ya know so this thread help for future of others also. thanks again and again!
