Hello , I was wondering if a Viking Memory card would work OK with my Kodak Digital camera and if so how many pictures would I be able to hold on a 256 mb card? Thank you..

ok, that card is NOT compatible with your camera. Kodak cameras use Secure Digital or MMC cards. I suggest you get a SD card. 256 mb will hold like 150ish pictures.

How do you know what card it is without knowing which model Kodak camera it is? My old wore out Kodak DC290 took a CF card. Not all Kodak cameras use the same card. On mine, the 256K worked fine. I have since bought a Canon Digital Rebel and the 1GB CF cards I use in the new camera are not recognized in the old Kodak.
