Hi, I just downloaded a copy of Cobra 1.2 with a built in GCoS ripper funcition, flashed it into my viper extreme preformed the ripping, and got the ip address. I typed it into my browsers(firefox and internet explorer) and got errors both times. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong! It probably has something to do with my pc's ip address, but I need a good explanation! I also can't seem to work CobraBackup. I run my gc, and plug it in. Each time I run it, it says "cannot connect. Check dip switches (I did) and make sure it is on Cobra main menu. I think this means my gc needs to be on, as the menu is it's default but this still doesn't work! If anyone has advice to either of these questions, tell me RIGHT AWAY! I'm on a limited timeline, and would absolutley love some help!
I am very happy and proud to report that YES I DID!! me so happy! Okay, first of all, turn your gc upside down, and look at the spot where your usb adaptor should be resting in port 1 with it's flexwire connected. you should notice that next to the spot where the fluxwire connects, there is a gold spot that kind of sticks out, almost like a plug-in. Plug this into serial port 1, and it works!! I know, such a stupid mistake i'm kicking myself for panickin like that Happy Gaming!

im having trouble cacking up my games ........... every time i try it it stops about a 1/4 of the way and then i have to switch it off . any help will be great ... oh if this helps ...im running a cobra v1.6 HHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP
