i ve got the same problem like meepgirl, i installed all right but when i start the backup (press Full Backup) i recieve an errormessage: "Cobra Bios is not responding correctly, try again. Make sure that the two switches of the viper usb adapter are off and that you are in cobra bios main menu." I check it, but its all okay. I try it again - same errormessage. What should I do? Please help me i am new at this sector.
