virgin connection

    hi guys ive switched to sky from virgin but was still using a starview in my kids room but it now looks like they have pulled the plug from the exchange if i take broadband off them and run a splitter in the cable will it work is it the same signal for the tv thanx

    Leading on from stefbhoys question, can i split an ntl cable which has already been split once by Virgin in their unslightly brown box outside my house? Ideally i would like to split the broadband cable as it is closer to where i would like to put the second box! Anybody have any ideas?

    yes you can, but i have to ask what are the 2 signals that is already split being used for?

    One is the t.v which I currently have a eurovox box atteched to, the other is my broadband connection!
