virgin media problems

    hey i posted here before but no one seemed to have any idea so i will try again, i am having trouble with setanta sports 1 not working, i can get 2 and gold and the racing channels but this channel just says no signal i have tried manual scan and automatic scan but to no avail, anybody have any idea? thanks
