When i heard about VirtualDub's ability to split avi/mpg files i was delighted, ahh to be able to break up 702MB+ movies , burn them and free up space on my hard drive...great but alas no it couldn't be that simple. VirtualDub seems to have problems with DivX/codec movies I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction to import or utilise these codecs in conjunction with virtual dub cheers Tee
Thanks for the link Spike the site seesm to be having problems just now and i cant get in will try later though )
yes it is working now , but rather slow to load the page up ill try out the information when i get home tonight although the message i got when i tried to pen a DivX file was referring to DX 50 not being found or detected or something similar the page you linked to, referred to VBR which i saw no sign of
i have searching through the internet for you, you could try http://www.brizsoft.com/avisplit/index.html i havent tried it myself but it looks promising
