Everytime i try to use virtualdub to put the subtitles on foreign films so i can burn them off and watch them on my dvd player it says it's going to be out of synch and i need to decompress the audio stream entirely and recompress it...does anyone know how to do this, or what program i would need to fix this.
This is because the audio in your AVI files is VBR MP3 format which allways goes out of Sync after encodeing... To Solve this Problem Run your AVI files through this Tool First: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=J7HNW11I The Tool will decompress the audio so you don"t get this error in V-Dub... You Know that the proper way to add Subtitles to a DVD is to make the Subs selectable Like they are on Retail DVD"s and to do this all you need is to use a DVD authoring program that supports subs Like "MediaChance DVDLab Pro"......
