Following advice in earlier threads on the conversion of PAL to NTSC, I created an AVS file with the following lines: AviSource("G:\avis\Desire.avi") AssumeFPS(23.976,True) The avi file was approx 800 MB. When I loaded the file into VirtualDub and started to process it, it showed that the resulting file would be 43 GB!! IS there some setting to change, or is this correct??? Thanks, Glenn
Not sure how you do it from a script ( it can be set in VirtualDub) the Video and Audio need to be set for full processing and compression types chosen - else the output files are very large. You may have these installed already. XVid Codec http://www.xvid.org/ Free DivX codec http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/download/ Lame MP3 codec http://users.tpg.com.au/mtam/install_lame.htm
