I downloaded VirtualDub and set it up as the instructions said (no real installation). I have a ATI TV Wonder capture card and I can capture MPEGs through the software that came with the capure card. But when I try and capture through VirtualDub I get the following errors: Error 418: Capture driver is not installed properly. VirtualDub cannot connect to the desired capture driver. Trying all available drivers. PANIC: VirtualDub cannot connect to any capture drivers! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the card but nothing has worked. Please help!
I got exactly the same message, so I downloaded a Video for Windows capture driver (searh for one on Yahoo). That got me through to the capture stage which is where I'm having problems now.
