VIRUS HELP PLEASE

I got a virus. Not quite sure what its called but when i cheack on my c: drive it says its full and ill uninstall a game (1gig) then after a minute or two its full again....? Any help will be appreciated

get a good antivirus program and run a full deep scan of your C: drive

 

i dont know if i have a virus or not but i did download that program mentioned, did a scan, and now i dont know what items might be a virus, any help?
