I recently got a virus on my new bulit and have no idea what to do. I try to run a system restore but when i try to open it i get a blank white window. My system regestry is all messed up. Control panel is gone, nothing runs right, and my wireless internet connection isn't working. What to do ?
Back up what data you can, reformat and reinstall windows. Get AV software before you restore your backed up files.
