virus of some kind...

    a friend of mine got a virus...from p2p (bearshare / limewire) filesharing. from what hes telling me explorer.exe is not initialising. Toolbar isnt showing up and no icons on the desktop....anyone heard of it? or more importantly know how to fix it???
