virus protector pops up when i login and i cant x out of it. i need to remove it

    okay someone in my house downloaded"virus protector" and i know its a scam
    its on my other pc.
    but every guid says use anit malware to get rid of it
    i cant because everytime i start up the pc, in normal or safe mode. i login in then bam full screen VIRUS PROTEcTOR is scanning? what do i do?
    its an accer with windows vista please help

    omg now i put in some notepad thing in the command prompts. now IT WONT START INF FREAKING SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT WTF!??!?!?
