scan with antivirus like avg is really good it looks like u already got it as u have updates 4 it but if it dnt wrk download lavasoft ad-aware se personal of thier site and spyboot search and destroy is one of the best dowload it at download.com once us can it with any of these it should fix it but somtimes i dont reply and tell me the name and type of virus cause it will tell u even if it cnt fix it
the name it gave me on avg search was java/byte verify.which it cant fix. i have done spybot and ad adware has repaired the ones it found but the computer still wont start in normal mode it is automatically turning off for protection....please help

Close all instances of Internet Explorer . ° Go to your control panel and open "Internet Options". ° Click on the "General" tab. ° Click the "Delete Cookies" button, then the "Delete Files" button. ° When prompted, place a tick in the "Delete all offline content" box and click OK. ° Go to start and click on the "run" button. ° Type the following in the box --> cleanmgr and click ok. ° Let it scan your system for files to remove. ° Make sure only Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are checked. ° Press OK to remove them and you should be good to go.
just tried rebooting got as far as windows login page and the screen went blue with a message teling me windows has been shut down for protection .the technical information line with it was ***STOP:0X0000050(0X82BED827,0X00000008,0X82BED827,0X00000000) ANY IDEAS???????
missed this last time Press Ctrl Alt delete together to bring up task manager Click processes tab and end the following if there: nero_keymaker.exe rescan with Hijack this and place a check beside: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rmalt] C:\Program Files\Messengers\nero_keymaker.exe Make sure all other windows are closed and click fix checked Restart into safe mode (Restart and keep tapping F8 on startup) Find the following folder and delete it: C:\Program Files\Messengers <-- folder Post another hijackthis log Those error messages are usually hardware problems.
