My friend called me yesterday and told me that he had a virus who has a lot of files on his computer over 10GB.I didn't believe him, because i never heard of that kind of virus, so i asked him is anyone using his computer and he told me that the computer is his own and no one has access to it.He wants to help him to remove it, but i'm not sure it's a virus and IF it is how can i remove it?

First off your posting in the wrong forum. This is the Wii forum.

As to the issue bring it to a professional because you and your friend obviously don't know much about virus.

Moved to something more appropriate :)

edit to add: btw Babagitza that's one way you can tell if you have a virus - your files get larger w/o you doing anything. So it's not a good sign.
