bios can be infected if the bios flash is enabled instead of disabled.

Do you think i can save my media file to an external hard drive or will it just jump to that hard drive and then to what ever pc i plug it into.

I did a clean install of windows xp, full format, installed and configured firewall and security programs, then connected to internet, after downloading updates for AVG 7.5, BANG!

Viruses detected on fully formatted newly installed windows xp pc, not all info available: Could there have been another reason for this, the AVG update?
