Vista Codecs

    How can I tell which codec is currently installed on my laptop?
    I have Window famos Vista OS.

    I saw there was a new version available for download v4.6.3 and also the stable version v4.6.2.

    I just want to know how to tell which one I have and in I need to update the codecs.

    The easiest way I know to find information about codecs on your system is to use Gspot. It will tell you what codecs you have on your machines and it will analyze a file and tell you want codecs you are missing.

    If you tell me what codec you are looking for specifically I might be able to help you better.
