vista ics, problem

The internet sharing in vista suddenly stops working with my ps3 and wii, so I uninstalled the sp1 and it worked again, but the thing is that when I first installed it 2 months ago the ics was working fine.
I installed the sp1 again and the ics stop working again, then I tried turning off window defender and the firewall but nothing worked, the only thing that worked was to uninstall the sp1 and i really don’t want to do that.
Is there any way to fix this?
