Does anyone know how to turn off the Navigator on Vista that boots at startup. It's stuck in my startup ever since I got Vista (a year ago). It is sooo annoying to have to close it every time window starts. I opened the program when I first installed Vista and it put it in startup. I've opened MSCONFIG and can not tell which program it is.
