vista to xp

    hi guy, i just bought this Toshiba notebook a210 come with vista home and i want to downgrade it to xp pro sp2, any precaution that i need to be aware off before i start to load the xp disc. any input will be appreciate. thanks .

    make sure you download drivers for your computer that are compatible with XP. If you don't you could be without a network connection until you can get to another computer to download the drivers.

    Xp has generic network drivers for pretty much all nic's so u don't have to be too worried unless you're running from wireless and you don't have the installation disk.

    It is true that a lot network cards will work initially, not all do. It's better to be on the safe side.
