Vista update problems

    Any time i try and update it says downloading but the percentage doesn't go up at all. I've tried on the windows site for a solution but can only find a solution if i have an error code which i don't have. Could anyone help me please?

    Take a screen shot of the event and post it so we have all the information you have.
