i'm hoping someone can help i have tried to search for an answer and can't seem to find one.
the problem i have is the laptop will connect through the gateway to the net and show's full sigal but cannot display a web page i once cured this issue but cant remember how so i no all the router and modem etc is ok the problem reoccured when i was having issue's with the xbox 360's nat and was going to set up static ip's and forward the correct port's but decided against this put back to dynamic and placed the xbox outside the router using the dmz function on the router as i was doing this the laptop had ip conflict and i used the function to diagnose and repair but to no availe now the laptop has the problem i first described i'm not familiar with vista and now unsure how to correct it i have also tried power cycling everything any help would be appriciated thankyou.

the problem is cured i set everything back to factory default and hey presto it all works but!
i go in to the dmz function on the router to place the xbox 360 external to the router and vista doesn't like it and wont display the web page revert the setting and it works again please sombody help using dynamic ip the xbox nat is strict as ports cannot be forwarded as the router assigns different ip adresses constanly so really need outside the firewall ( also static ip is not an option)
