if u hook them up with network cable and (from vista) click the orb then network while the other cpu is on you should be able to see it

what is the orb and how do i get vista to network over the internet using IP. i set up my other pc with a IP i gave it to network and i cant do it with vista i dont know how. also last night when i networked or tried to network the pcs i have one modem and it uses USB and ethernet cables i had my USB into my old computer and i had the crossover cable in the ethernet slot and vista was connecting to the inernet so i am assuming that it shared the connection i dont know but i didnt see the pc in vista so i didnt think nothing of it can i FTP with Flash FXP or no. i just want to transfer my music files from my old computer to my new one and some documents and this is causing a headache LOL.
