I searched most of the guides and couldn't really find a good answer so I figured I would try to ask the forum. My mini-dvd camcorder does not have a usb port to connect to the computer so a I have to finalize the discs to put them on the computer. They finalize in .vob form and I want to use windows dvd/movie maker to put together home movies from different mini-dvds with menus and the whole works. Those programs do not support .vob and I've tried different programs but they convert them in a super fast forward frame rate (if that makes since). I'm open to any other ideas or movie makers out there if anyone is willing to help. Thanks for reading.
You can convert the VOB files that comprise a DVD movie title to a single mpeg file with this program. AFAIK Windows Movie Maker accepts mpeg files. http://www.videohelp.com/tools/VOB2MPG
