You can select both VOB files and process them with DivXtoDVD.
    http://free-codecs.com/download_soft.php?d=1026&s=271
Choose to output to a folder or burn to DVD.
To set up, click on the 'TV Format' tab and select PAL or NTSC output and choose your TV screen (4:3 or widescreen).
This is the trial version and has a nag screen on the output.

There's no need to do all that....

Download Nero or a similar burning program, and then burn those two files you have to a Video_DVD.

Not enough to 'just burn' if that's all there is.

    Don't be too hasty.
I couldn't do it with Nero Vision Express2 and Nero vision Express3 failed to install (even after cleaning out Nero).
I gave up and installed Nero7 and tried Nero Vision4.
It accepted the two VOB files that I offered and it assigned a menu item to each file, trancoded and wrote them to disk which I then played on a standalone recorder.
I had just assumed that Nero wasn't capable and never saw any reason to upgrade.
I'll let the trial period expire and go back to Nero 6.
Possibly I have too much time on my hands?
    I still prefer DivXtoDVD.Less cluttered.
