hi pinnacle studio is a very strange app indeed, it either fully works great, or gives hunumgus hassle, i know of people on the pinnacle forums totally reloading there windows operating systems just to get this app to work! ok, all the codecs you will ever need in one file go here! http://www.free-codecs.com and get K-Lite MEGA pack, make sure its MEGA pack! not any other k-lite packs! if it dont work then, i have no idea??? enjoy
