    What Program Will Make A VOB To AVI But Not A Huge AVI i have a 1 gig vob file and with a few programs it turns to a 2-3 gig avi

    SuperDVDRipper will also do the job. When you render a file from one format to another the size will change, you have to deal with it. You cannot change physics.
