VobBlanker Packs Unsynchronized

I see this thing in Vob all the time that says it is skipping packs because they are unsynchronized. Is this anything to worry about or is it normal. When I use Vob I first rip the DVD with DVDFab Decrypter and then process the entire movie to a new folder.
If you look at my Vob log of the movie Sahara you wil see what i am talking about in the writing phase of VTS 05. Also All my settings for VOB are in the default position. Do I need to check or uncheck any of the settings? Just wanted to know because on some of the movies i backup i get some pixalaion that happens only once during the whole movie and lasts only for a second. I'm using Sony DVD+r (made in Japan) burning at 8x in Nero Recode 2. Any help or info would be great. Thanks
