VOD to DVD?

    is it possible to burn a VOD File to a DVD and play on a conventional DVD Player? thanks

    well my friend asked me to find out how to burn this file but he typed it wrong on mSN so it was really a vob. but I looked up vod on the internet and it was divx video on demand. I got confussed.
