Hello peoples. I am new to the fourms, I have a question about video play back.
I am using Xilisoft Video Converter 5.1.17 for converting videos.
I am converting avi to mpeg4 for viewing on my ps3. Anytime I go to convent the movie and play it back (Via ps3 or computer) the voices are off. Anyone know what the problem could be.
    Thanks in advance.

When you say "voices are off", do you mean they're missing,
or do you mean they're out of synch with the video?

    They are out of sync.

Which profile are you choosing, and what is the format of the
source file ? (video codec, audio format, and whether it's VBR)

    The source is in AVI.
Profile is ps3 video (480p) MPEG4, what ever codec's it using.

But what is the AVI details?
    Download and install Gspot
    http://www.headbands.com/gspot/
and open the avi with it.

put the resulting info screen in this post.

I don't see anything unusual in the source file.
Try this: Open the avi in virtualdub. Set video/direct stream copy.
    File/save as avi

Give it a new name, save the file, and use this new file as input
    to the converter.
