Volume Fluctuations With Some Movies, Most Recently Narnia

Hey all. I am a novice at this, and the movies I have ripped all work fine, but I just recently burned Narnia and in certain spots the volume spikes. Any idea why? Is there a way to apply volume leveling with any programs. I usually use DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, or DVDFab Decrypter when needed. Thx

 

to fix that run the file though FixVTS or use anydvd ripper which corrects the audio also
