VSO ConvertXtoDvd cuts off from left to right

    I have been using ConvertXtoDvd recently after DVD Santa and it is A LOT better. But what I've noticed is that when I play it in my DVD player, the left and right sides of the screen is missing about an inch along with a tiny bit on the top and bottom.

    Is there any way to fix this?

    ummm...it might be like the widescreen...try putting it in full screen or make sure that the dvd that you ripped is a fullscreen edition one...
