    how long does it take you to convert a dvd-rip roughly over 700mb?

    When SOCOMII said it depends on your computer he meant it depends on your computer specs. How much RAM you have, the speed of your CPU, how fast your motherboard is, how much free space you have on your hard drive and how badly your hard drive needs defragmented. So, as you can see, there are a number of factors that can have a bearing on the conversion speed.

    My conversions average 30-35 minutes.

    As I said in the above post, a lot of different factors come into play and the speed will vary.
