After you get through converting your videos into the video_ts form what is the best (free) program that will let you put multiple videos on one dvd?

Shrink or Nero Recode will both do.

I tried dvd shrink but it seems to only let me select one file at a time unless im doing something wrong and you have to pay for nero recode right?

Sorry, you should do this with Shrink:

Run Shrink, click 'reauthor', then go highlight the various video_ts folders and paste the 'titles' to the compilation window on the left. Adjust 'compression settings' if necessary. Then burn with e.g. Nero.
