VSO-SOFTWARE DIVX TO DVD

    i have 5 .wmv files which is full movie can i convert all 5 files into i movie dvd vob files

    thankz in advance

    try it and see. I've had some WMV files that would convert and some that wouldn't.

    Right, wrong forum. However the mods can move it when they see fit. As to the answer, the converted files need to be DVD compliant to play on a standalone player. Being able to play them on various PC viewers is an entirely different matter. DivX is based on the hacked WMV codec. But if it's the newer WMV which has little in common with MPEG4, then you're looking at Microsoft encoding technology. If DivX, the VSO's DivX to DVD can do the conversion as can Nero. You can check in the appropriate section(s) on how to set it up if you need the additional help. Nero also has guides and help downloads from its site.
