hi folks,,had trouble earlier with vssms32.exe,,and need help,,fast,,plz help :-(,,,,just 2 add,,i ran avg n it found 2 probs,,i took it off start up n it worked,,no sign,,just wanna know that its gone forever

When removing a trojan virus, I tend to use more then one program designed to remove them. Just in case. I also look up the trojan's information about any files it creates, duplicates, infects..or otherwise downloads onto the machine. I search the system for those files as well as any entries in the registry. That way, I know the infection is gone.
