Hello, I was looking for help on this website and did everything that was stated, an amzingly the virus is gone. However my computer won't go on-line at all anymore. Apparantly I deleted something I shouldn't have. First off I restarted my computer in safe mode and ran Ad-Aware and Microsoft Anti-Spyware, and that didn't help at all. So then I got the idea to FIX windows, re-install but keep the programs. An that didn't work at all. Around this time my Wal-Mart Connect (now Netscape) stopped working. Then I came to this website, looked at somebody else's forum and did everthing he told the other guy to do. I can't seem to find the specific forum anymore, however. It involved many more steps then the one's I see now, and I think I might've deleted something I shouldn't have. The problem Wal-Mart Connect seems to be having is that it can't find the Modem. But the computer can find the moem, and can find both that I have attached at the moment. I've re-installe Wal-Mart Connect and even re-fixed Winows, and it hasn't helped. I'm thinking of goin to Wal-Mart and getting a new version of the software, as Netscape has taken them over recently, but I'm not sure that will help. I can send a Hi-Jack and Smit Fraud text, if you want. Any help will be greatly appreciated. (sorry if that wall of text is confusing^)
