just got my w810i today and it worked for like 2-3 min then i turned it off now when i turn on i keep getting a flashing white screen could someone tell me how i could fix this please really would be apreciated and thankfull any help is apreciated please could someone guide me please as ive have not figured out how to fix please could someone help please
Take out the battery pack, place it back in and try charging it. Since it's new, I advise you to return your phone, or ask the person who sold you the phone what is happening. Charging your phone should work.
