Waiting 4 code update & remote not working

    Hi there,
    I've got a Arnet Kryptview box, whenever I switch it on a message appears saying waiting 4 code update, also sometimes the message scrambled or no video appears, how do I rectify this. Regarding the remote control, is there a known problem with them 'cos I'm on the second one and counting.

    you may need to upgrade your firmware to latest one

    When was the latest firmware released and do u know anything about the faulty remotes?

    hold a camera phone in front of remote as if to take a pic of it but dont.press buttons on remote while looking through phone screen.if remote is working you will see light flashing on your phone screen if you dont its not working.
