    Hi folks!

    Was wondering if there is any FREE software out there that can help me to design my own PC wallpaper.

    Any ideas?????

    Use whatever you would use to create a drawing or edit a picture, then just save it as a .bmp file.

    The first one that comes to mind is Windows paint.
