Want a setup guide for version 0.97 (dvd rebuilder) please!

Guys,

Any of you who has figured out how to setup dvd rebuilder for version 0.97, please, put up a mini guide in here. The guide in here and other sites are all older versions. A newbie request.

p.s. I have already downloaded the rebuilder pack that contains all the necessary softwares, just need the correct set up guide for the correct version.
