Want to convert an SWF file to MPEG. Can someone help please?

Can anyone here convert a very small SWF file to an MPEG format for me? Or even to AVI? I've downloaded several SWF to ANY programs and none of them seem to work very well and they also tag the video with their stupid logo unless you buy the darn thing which is usually like a 30 dollar charge.

I just want a very short SWF file converted to a video file and would prefer to not have to pay 30 dollars for a program that may not even do the job very well or at all for that matter. If anyone could help that would be awesome. I can send the file your way. It's like 2MB. Very tiny. HELP!? lol! I'd really like to have this as a movie file type so I can burn it to a DVD and watch it with my other computer video files.
