    Awesome pix... thanks!

With the 360 on its belly the way you have it (not upright standing)
....doesn't the 360 exhaust its hot air through the back? And doesn't it intake cool air from the right side?

This cooler seems to PULL hot air from its top (bottom of 360), and exhaust along all sides... but if it exhausts the hot air along all sides of the laptop cooler, then wouldn't that hot air get pulled back into the 360 from the right side of the 360's intake (opposite side of hard drive)??

Let me know if what I'm saying doesn't make sense... if I have time @ work I'll try to draw a pic... I'm just worried of recycling hot air...

hey man i've been using the antec cooler!! :)

but... not sure if it's better to point the thing back or front... i have exhaust going out in the front of the 360 and the left side... cuz where i have the 360, there's a wall behind the 360...

wish there was temp monitors so that i can figure out the best orientation.

he is right! if you put in too long it damage it! Creates weird errors like "put 360 game in" when you have far cry in Watch out!

I never had problems with the 360 being overheated...

I played like 7 hours straight the other day and it wasnt even warm or anything...

    maybe my house is cold.

CrisKahn2, edit your sig to conform to forum specs ASAP.

    4. If you want to use both text and image in your signature the image should not be more than 500 pixels wide and 100 pixels tall, and you can use up to three lines of text.

My 360 overheated the other day, and now overheats after a minute or two gameplay. I used the nyko intercooler, to keep the temperature inside the console down, and likely did the exact opposite!

Got it fixed now, and removed the Intercooler and torched it.

the 360 overheats and it wont take much to fry it if your is a tank(working fine) I still would run threw the basics of keeping it cool you don't want to waste money to replace it.

........That's where I am right now. The lesson that I've learned? ALWAYS GET A WARRANTY. I'm planning to find a store that handles warranties without dealing with the mail; and I'm hoping to find one that's at least a two year shot, so that I don't have to worry about my new investment. I don't care if it has to be replaced two times in that period; so long as I know that I can go back to the store, and swap it for another one that will work, you know?

So far, I've confirmed that Target's extended warranty is useless, it's mail-driven, and I do NOT want to deal with that. I'm still looking into best buy and a couple other places; I'm leaning away from gamestop, for my own reasons even though they have one of the best instant-swap warranties in existence. Anyone got any suggestions on the warranty side? (Other than stay away from those infernal inter-coolers)
