Watching movies from external harddrive on ps3???

    Is there anyway to save dvds onto an external hard drive so I can watch them on my ps3?

    You can save the video/audio files themselves, but not the entire DVD. Meaning no menus, no subtitles (unless you hardcode them or convert the video file to DivX with subs), none of that stuff. Just the video and audio.
