UPDATE: NOV 8, 2009. If you have posted and have been banned, just edit your message and just say you was banned. This is really getting positive feedback.

DO NOT LEAVE COMMENTS ABOUT OTHER PEOPLES POST OR THEORIES! WE HAVE A THREAD FOR THAT (M$ BAN HAMMER)! THIS IS FOR INFORMATION GATHERING ONLY! IF YOU POST A COMMENT PLEASE EDIT AND DELETE IT.

I think it is best in order to see a connection we need to see wave ban survivors and what did THEY did (ONLY FACTS please). I think only facts here should do and not extra comments. If we can do this organized then we can surely find a way:

    - Date of Flash
    - Drive Type
    - Games played
    - Verification level (2 or 3?)
    - How games were acquired (torrent/original)
    - Location (country)
    - ixtreme version:
    - was connected to PC SATA?
    - Flash powered by connectivity kit or xbox:
    - Played pre-release games:

PM me if you think I should add to the list or simply add it on your fact list and I will update this accordingly

Something along those lines I think would help out A LOT and if you want to add more facts just list them. I have the liteon "unflashable" drive so I am just trying to help the scene.

    Edit: added the following
    - ixtreme version:
    - was connected to PC SATA?
    - Flash powered by connectivity kit or xbox:
    - Played pre-release games:
    Thnx Chris!

    Edit2: Added "level" to verification

PLEASE NO COMMENTS, JUST FACTS PLEASE. If you want to comment then there is a seperate thread for that (M$ ban hammer). We don't need another one. We need JUST FACTS PLEASE, lets all pitch in for the scene.

Why was a new thread started when it's the same as the other MS Ban thread?

By "flash powered by connectivity kit or xbox" I mean when you flashed your xbox 360, was the dvd drive being powered via a connectivity kit or your xbox.

I still don't really understand that question. I had a friend do it so I'm not positive on how that went down.

It doesn't really matter, there's just a rumour that powering via the xbox 360 whilst flashing will get you banned. Most agree that this is not the case though.

Ah, gotcha. Yeah to be honest I'm actually kind of surprised I haven't been banned. When I first flashed my xbox I played at least 2 games, maybe 3 or 4, that I only ran through abgx on level 2 settings. No one had informed me the default settings weren't good enough lol.

Not to say my way is better but I think the way people are burning, Dl or just thier method itself is whats banning them. I can say Yeah I got forza acount baned but not my console. I thikn people should also ask, what programs, they use, winrar-Img Burn etc.

Seems people with DVD decrypter get more bans then img burn, just me thinking.
